The Fixing Paco Public Service Announcement (PSA) Campaign was created to increase awareness about the leading causes of kidney disease, to educate the public about preventing kidney disease and kidney failure, and to encourage viewers to consider organ donation.
CEG produced five spots in both English and Spanish. The English 3--second spot and it's Spanish counterpart both aired nationally and at movie theaters across the US. The longer 60-second spots were created for an online audience.
Paul Rodriguez and Gloria Garayua, the stars of MNITF's multi-award-winning patient education series Fixing Paco, are featured in the Fixing Paco PSA Campaign, which delivers a strong call-to-action about kidney disease prevention, the need for organ donation, and learning more at FixingPaco.org.
